This weekend I headed to St. Catharines Ontario to teach a workshop at a new sewing/knitting/fabric shop that my friend Debbie Arruda has just opened called Dear Gemini! It was a really wonderful weekend where we explored free motion embroidery, collaging with wool roving and other materials and combined these things with water soluble stabilizers to make small samples that showed how you can use these fabrics to create pieces for artwork and wearables.
